How many of you guys have them? How often? How long?
We have gone from 5-10 the last two nights working on some new things for our offense. Pretty fun stuff.

Do you mean offseason meetings with players or just coaches?

Tog,
We will meet here in a couple of days to go over Boot Camp. There are also Wed night Coaches Clinics in the area that have started up. We will also meet in the mornings 6-7 every other day staring in 2 weeks to go over our plan for spring ball as well as what we need to add/subtract on offense due to our personnel. We usully meet in the mornings due to everybody being in a second sport. We also do a great job communicating day in and day out and have been together awhile so we are on the same page.

Have bee meeting recently every week, we will have a big "sitdown" next week with all of our coaches in the district including JR High.

Being at the college level. We could meet 24/7 if I as the OC really wanted to as thweir is so much work to do before spring pracrice and with a new staff.
However we meet for a coupld hours a day each day.
We try and look at a different aspect of the offense every day,and have been doing so since signing day. In March we are going to visit some different schools who run what we want to run.
