I'm thinking about drawing a screen with my H-Back out of this formation:

----Z----------------QB-----NB

QB can be in the gun with the RB to his left. I think with the 2 recievers on the left plus the Quick side and the rushing lineman, I think there coud be a severe numbers advantage for the Offense.
