24 hours and no response. Why don't you outline the 7 habits for us? I would like to see them.

Our Principal uses the "Seven Habits Of Highly Effective Teens" with our JH kids. Believe me, with the home life most of our kids have, they need to get this information somewhere. These kids are better than they have a right to be.

I use John Maxwell's "The 17 Essential Qualitites of a team Player". grat book very short little stories showing how to be adaptable, Collaborative, committed, communicative, competent, dependable, disciplined, enlarging, enthusiastic, intentionalm mission conscious, prepared, relational, self improving, selfless, solution oriented, and tenacius. I typed an otline of the story into power point and added pitctures from the internet. we then cover one of these traits everyday in pre-season camp and up to our first game. I do this in addition to my leadership program.

Thanks for the information on John Maxwell's "The 17 Essential Qualities of a team Player" I'll look into it.
Steven Covey's "Seven Habits" are based on habits used consistently by people who achieve desired results, both in your private and public life:
Habit 1. Be Proactive Habit 2. Begin with the End in Mind Habit 3. Put First Things First Habit 4. Think Win-Win Habit 5. Seek First To Understand, Then To Be Understood Habit 6. Synergize Habit 7. Sharpen the Saw
The 8th Habit. From Effectiveness to Greatness (Covey)
