Congrats to the entire Steelers organization from the Rooney family on down. Congrats to Coach Cowher, The Bus, Big Ben, H.Ward, Palumaue and the entire team. And lets not forget Power/Counter guru Russ Grimm is the Steelers Oline coach. Congrats to Coach Grimm as well!

UGLY game...but Steeler Nation will take it!
How about Roethlisberger's stats? 9 of 21 for 123 yards and 2 INTs.

You guys forgot to mention someone in your long list of well deserving people who should be congratulated...........the officials.
I am admittedly a Seahawk fan, and I do offer sincere congrats to the Steelers. I greatly respect your organization and Coach Cowher, the Bus etc.
It's just a shame that their victory will be tainted by the poor officiating, and people will not be talking about how the Steelers kick the Hawks tail, but how they somehow managed to grasp victory from the claws of defeat.

Of all the places I would not think we would see ppl on a coaching site like this one blaming the officials for a loss. Placing the blame on the refs should be reserved for the un-educated fans of the teams who think they know what is going on. I have seen games where the refs screwed the entire game up but 9 times out of 10 bad calls arent the deciding factor in a game.

Coach - I agree that you can't just blame the refs...but, with that being said, bad calls are just as much a part of the game and can have just as much of an impact as dropped passes, missed tackles, and turnovers. Bad calls, just like dropped passes, missed tackles, and turnovers, happen. Good teams have the ability to overcome it when those bad things happen. Look at the Pittsburgh-Indy game from a few weeks ago...LOTS of bad calls went against Pittsburgh, but, in the end, they were able to overcome those shortcomings. Seattle, on the other hand, was simply not good enough to overcome the bad things that happened.
