What are some point systems you guys use in the weight room? I was going to do different clubs such as the White Club, Blue Club, Ram Club, Super Ram Club and Ultimate Ram Club. Just curious to the point systems you guys use. The things we test on are Power Clean, Back Squat, Bench Press, Pro Shuttle, Vertical and 40 yard sprint. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

I like to use my 100 pt. Club Idea. Clean, squat and bench are worth 200 pts each. Vertical, standing long jump, 40 and a quick bag drill (you could replace it with the shutttle) are worth 100 points each. The criteria are set taking into consideration height, weight, age and sex using established national criteria you can find about on the internet (I like the BFS strength speed and power charts). Plus or minus points. At the end, everyone knows where they stand in their age, weight-height, sex and team. Using national standards they also know where they stand in the US. Good to set goals with.
