HOW DO YOU GUYS WORK IN WITH OTHER ATHLETES (BASKETBALL, BASEBALL PLAYERS) INTO YOUR SUMMER WEIGHT PROGRAM? DO THEY HAVE SEPERATE SESSIONS, WORK AT SAME TIME WITH FOOTBALL, SAME AGILITIES, SAME OR DIFFERENT DAYS? ANY INFO APPRECIATED RAIDER

We do everything in the AM... early.
On occasion when someone has a job that requires them to start at 6 AM, we will work with that person. The mornings have greatly minimized our conflicts... but if we do have them, here is how we handle it:
Baseball game = being at football (if they miss a day of FB clinic or miss 7 on 7)
Basketball summer league is on Sunday... but if there were a conflict, we would count it as conditioning. Basketball (and individual football) camps also count as conditioning.
Basically, if their conflict is athletic, we count it. We also have make-up sessions throughout the summer (Friday, or optional days around the 4th of July) where they can make up days.
We have near 100% attendance by all players. Occasionally we have guys who go to a 3 day basketball camp... and sometimes people are gone for a week for vacation (not a lot of $ here... few vacations), but 2/3 of our team is at 100% and the rest are around 85%+.
