Be Honest.....to yourself, to your teammates, to your coaches and to your parents. Ask yourself the question..is waht i am doing / going to do help my family/school/team. be honest..if yes, then do it, if no, then don't

Same as above, but "Do whats right" if you ever have to quetion what you are about to do then don't do it. If you are doing anything that could embarrass yourself, your family, your school, or your teammates, then don't do it.

We tell our players the same thing as JD & Cali. We tell them to live their life in the headlines. If their actions were on the front page of the newspaper, would they be proud? Would this action be something that their parents, coaches, teammates, teachers, & community would want hanging on the refrigerator/bulletin board?

Be where you are supposed to be, when you are supposed to be there, doing what you are supposed be be doing while you are there.
or
Do what is right, if it is almost right, then it is wrong.
Only use one of those 2 rules, like the first one this year. We have young guys who need to learn to be on time.
