We had a game last night, on a Monday, to make up one of our games that was canceled during Hurricane Irma. It's mid 3rd qtr, and my phone starts ringing. I check it, dont know the number, send it to voicemail. Then the number calls me again...and again...I finally answer it on the 4th call.
Apparently, our little Soph RG never told his parents there was a game, and it was his mother calling to find out why her son was 3 hours late getting home from practice! He nor his friends were answering their phones, obviously, and I was the last call to be made before calling the police and reporting him missing.
And here I wonder why we have a hard time communicating our OL calls pre-snap.......
