New O-Line coach here, and I'm looking for a sheet to use and give to the kids grading them out after watching film. Anyuone have any suggestions?

i use a legal pad to grade them
then just write it up in word with the scores and what they need to work on

as far as grading goes
for me
0=didn't know what to do, and didn't do anything 1=knew what to do, but didn't get it done 2=knew what to do, and got it done 3=(these are hard to get) extra efforts, downfield blocks
then i just average it out with the number of plays with 2 as the base

We use simple +/-, kids can get double ++ / - - if do a great job or vice versa. use a spreadsheet that has kids #'s at top and grade practice and game films, has areas for notes, and give kids copy when we have film time and explain what they did to earn +/-
