What are suggestions for building depth within a program? I have several ideas I'd like to implement but would like to pick the brains of the many very knowledgable and experienced folks here. I am in a unique situation in that I have control of the districts football program down to the 6th grade level- we play a 6 game season with our middle school kids (6, 7 and 8th graders) Jan- early March. Any and all input is very much appreciated.
