I'm working on a curriculum for teaching team culture based on Urban Meyers' book Above The Line. My plan is to take one day a week out of off-season for 4 weeks and teach it to all of our football players - middle school and up. Do any of you have a similar type of intentional method of teaching team culture? If so, what do you actually do in your "class" and when do you do it?

Our HC is using The Energy Bus as a guide for our PE class. I can't say what exactly is going on because I'm not in the building and my Admin won't let me get over there at that time slot.
The take 1 day a week to read over parts of the book and talk about the topics

Our county FCA rep is doing it for us doing our weights class. Uses the story of Inky Johnson a lot.
