I hate collecting money in bits and pieces. It becomes a headache so this year I am trying to set a fee up-front for all the kids (which can be offset by completing all of our fundraisers). I am sold on this idea, so I'm not looking for a debate about player fees, but instead as I try to budget, help me make a list of things kids need throughout the course of a season.
For instance, obviously pads, helmet, etc. are furnished, but game socks, practice jersey, pre-game meal, etc. are things our kids have to pay for. What else should be on this list?

yes, high school. I don't have the budget a lot of programs do, and we do fundraising, but as an incentive for the kids to be involved in them, I like to put a price tag on their individual costs, then let them "work it off"
