Just got back from my 1st Wings & Things. Great stuff even if there was 8 inches of snow on Friday driving up. I recommen it to anyone who wants to learn the Wing T. This year's speakers spoke on attacking the wing/TE flank, option, counters and tackles traps, the waggle and variations, the belly, and shotgun run game. there was even a session on defending the Wing T by Carnegie Mellon's DC. All in all good stuff, esp. socializing and learning from some of the guys the night before.

Oh, a football clinic. For a minute I thought you were going to do a restaurant review, Abe.

nah, although the wings for lunch was a cute touch by the clinic organizers. they did have a lot of info on shotgun wing t. the speakers, like most i've seen, were more than willing to share info with us. joe sells from malvern prep on the shotgun run game was probably my favorite of the offensive topics, but the DC from carnegie mellon was a GREAT speaker. well organized, great info on defending the wing t, especially if you're a 3-4 guy.
