Hmmm, tough one! But we've had a decent o-line the last 2 seasons, with little skill talent or speed and have only managed 5 wins! I think I'll go with the good skill guys or just one good skill guy! Hope I don't sound like I'm begging here! LOL!

* 43 Running Backs made over $1 million in 2004 * (all are tailbacks) So, that's 1.3 running backs per team making over $1 million.
TOP 12 Tomlinson, LaDainian - $ 16,000,000 Portis, Clinton - $ 13,380,000 Holmes, Priest - $ 9,136,800 Faulk, Marshall - $ 6,000,000 Lewis, Jamal - $ 4,765,029 Staley, Duce - $ 4,662,800 James, Edgerrin - $ 4,510,000 Barber, Tiki - $ 3,979,100 Green, Ahman - $ 3,634,300 Alexander, Shaun - $ 3,250,800 Martin, Curtis - $ 2,800,000 Dunn, Warrick - $ 2,903,200
* 125 Offensive Lineman made over $1 million in 2004 * (tackles paid higher than most, but all line positions represented) So, that's 3.9 lineman per team making over & 1 Million
TOP 12 Tait, John - $ 13,085,000 Clifton, Chad - $ 11,536,500 Woody, Damien - $ 11,504,000 Ogden, Jonathan - $ 10,660,299 Wade, Todd - $ 10,539,800 Gallery, Robert - $ 9,300,016 Jones, Walter - $ 7,084,800 Pace, Orlando - $ 7,021,000 Samuels, Chris - $ 6,532,000 Tucker, Ryan - $ 5,585,000
So, the NFL thinks BOTH are equally important. However, I find it interesting that EVERY starting running back makes over a million while not every starting lineman makes that much.

That's the thing. Both are important. I will still go with the OL because I know what can happen when the OL is not very good. "Skills kills" and I have had the conference's leading rusher for one season without the greatest OL in front of him. He could make plays on his own but he could not make everyone miss. Most of the guys still had to be blocked. Plus I think with the better OL you have more consistancy. Sure the speed guy will break some long ones and make up for the -1, -2 carries he had up the gut. But the above avg OL will keep the ground game more consistant. IMO anyway.
