Hey guys,
This is the video that I am going to be putting into the local theater this week. I'd be interested in any technical comments on this so I can hopefully correct anything that's not up to par.
Thanks

Not a technical comment. I think this is a really cool way to promote and am wondering what it costs you to do it.

I do the video on my Mac, the same videos that you load to YouTube. The cost is in the translation software that is from Doremi and goes for $1k. You have to want to do this. That site is owned by Dolby Labs, and they took it down last July. I have not had a reason to contact them so I don't know if they are still doing this product or not.
But... Once you get this going, all kinds of things open up. If you have a good relationship with the theater manager you can likely get weekly updates into the theater by Saturday night. The youth kids love it, its a great marketing program, they see their friends playing on the big screen and they want to do it. Same for the HS kids. And the boys suddenly get to be very attractive to the girls when up on the Big Screen.
It's a great accessory item. If there are funds to do this, great goal for a specific fund raiser, then this is a great way to increase the visibility of the football program. That's how I justified the $$ to the boosters 2 years ago.
