Stopped pre-practice and pre-game stretching years ago. Went to an individual group dynamic warm-up and a short team snap session. We would do a short individual group stretch (couple of low back stretches) before our team break. Had very few pulled muscles over the years since incorporating that routine. If I was still coaching I would continue that regimen.
