I have read about them and I am interested in using the methods on my qbs. I have a question about the loading or cocking of the wrist. Is that mentioned on the dvds and what are it's benefits? I also heard Peyton Manning uses this wrist loading method as well. And how long are each of the dvds? Side Note: Does anyone know when the virtual field house on Darin Slack's website will be open to the public

the wrist loaidng mechanism is on volume 1. All the benefits are listed there.

Deimon do yourself a favor and buy Darin's stuff.
Best QB material I have ever seen, hands down, please close this thread.
But to answer your question, loading/cocking the wrist prevents them from curling it or letting it fly open (wordage used on DVD is definitely different and much better than my paraphrasing). It ensures a consistent release.
