Coaches, as European coach I am looking for some education / development in football. I know that cooperation with experienced coach(es) is the best way but if we don´t have him with team we have to find different solution. This board and some others are great. Glazier pass is good too. What is your experiences with those e-courses?:
- Coaching Football (from NFHSlearn) - Coaching Football Technical and Tactical Skills (from ASEP, by coach Rob Ash)
Or do you have any other tips for me, please?
Thank you very much.

And here I thought the kids on the team had terrible grammar. I'm assuming you mean American born and raised players have poor grammar. The original poster does not fall into that category. I would imagine most of use would have poor grammar communicating in something other than our native tongue.

And here I thought the kids on the team had terrible grammar. Way to be a d!ck... That's not how we do things here..go somewhere else to be like that. As for the OP. Glazier is probably the best for the money...And you could probably just have that and be fine. Efootballflix.com is also good.

And here I thought the kids on the team had terrible grammar. This must be an example of a young coach "relating better" right? Since you say that you wouldn't hire anyone over 40 as a head coach unless they REALLY impressed you because after 40 brain function deteriorates and young coaches relate better...

And here I thought the kids on the team had terrible grammar. Seriously, why is it always offensive guys that come in a spew douche all over the place!?!? To the OP this site and blogs like runcodhit, cripes, footballislife, James light and others are great. You can never go wrong with getting your hands on books as well. To be honest I always find myself feeling underwhelmed and over charged from DVDs. I rarely feel that way from a book because you can find them used for barely anything and they usually have better information.

And here I thought the kids on the team had terrible grammar. I'd rather have poor grammar than poor reading comprehension like you.
