What are some questions to ask seniors for a quarterly newsletter?
I am in my first year as a head coach and saw that some of you send out a periodical newsletter. I think it is an AWESOME idea to keep kids and parents connected to the program in the offseason. I want to center this first newsletter on reflection from seniors this season.
I will include other things - maybe you all could suggest some other things as well - but I want the focus to be on the kids, their accomplishments (had several All League and are waiting on All Area/State). We are a small school and only had 5 seniors this year so we aren't talking about a real space issue. I know that if we had 50 seniors, the questions might have to be different.
Please help me out on this. I have searched other threads and contacted a few coaches personally. Any help on building this newsletter would be appreciated. Thanks

I have never done this because I am a new coach and at the middle school level, but I think it would be interesting to ask them to look back when they were freshmen and think how have they grew as a football player, a student, and a young man. Maybe put in there how football has helped them grow in all these aspects of life. Could include a freshmen picture with a present picture. IDK just thinking. Good luck
