Well fellas, we conquered the unconquerable. We rallied from a 18-6 deficit at halftime to revenge our only loss of the season to a private school powerhouse in overtime 32-26. It was a crazy game and what I feel will be a once in a lifetime experience.

Congrats Coach! I second the advice about enjoying it and not jumping into next season too soon.
I look back now on our 14-0 season and realize HOW HARD doing that is and also, I wish we could have enjoyed it longer with the kids and coaches.

Thanks for the advice fellas. I am trying to enjoy it for all that it is...
This week has been crazy. Media, Hoopla, Town Council Meetings, Photo shoots, ring sizing, championship gear orders etc...plus equipment turn-in and inventory. NUTS.
Anyway- I just wanted to say that if you surround yourself with great people (coaches), work the kids relentlessly and keep them together anything can happen. We were heavy underdogs in 2/3 playoff games and won both. Create that family atmosphere where they depend on each other and hold each other accountable all things are possible. We are champions as a group because the sum of all our parts were greater than our opponents. No D1 commits (yet) on this team vs a team with 5 D1 players on it.
Stay the course men and hold the line.
