Have you guys ever had a "consultant" come in and show you how to run an offense?
I haven't, but I have heard of people doing this.
How do they get the money?

i wish i had known about the consulting thing. several years ago i essentially did just this for a small school. spent whole week with the staff "upgrading" their offense to a oneback attack from the I formation. modified their terminology and all that to make the thing work. spent time teaching them how to install, the drills, etc....even made them tapes. all i got was lunch...........man, i got cheated.....lol

We are lucky. Bill Yeoman has relatives in our town so he stops by whenever he is in town to give ideas and answer questions on our offense. Yep we run the veer.
