What are your staffs offensive responsibilities during the game? What does your staff do between possessions? We have a seven man head set system (porta phones) HC - field, game management, special teams OffenseOC - box, calling plays OL - field, fonts, stunts, blitz WR - field, signal plays, personnel DefenseDC - field, calling plays DL - box, spotting, personnel DB - field, routes, coverages We also have the coaches without headsets looking at personnel and coaching special teams.

Offense
OC - press box. call plays. take "big picture" snapshot. focus on key defender or POA for the play called. WR - field. signal in plays. get proper package on field. take "what pass?" snapshot. focus on secondary. OL - field. dummy signals. take "what run?" snapshot. focus on front. RB - field. handle offensive special teams. focus on blitz & Lb's. Assistant OL - press box. chart fronts vs play calls. "who is making the tackle?" Freshmen coach - field. chart all plays & results.

offense:
oc - press box. calls plays. hc - on field. relays playcall to field. rb - field. special teams. wr - field. relayed adjustments to the offense from the oc. te - in booth. watches watches our defense. watches opponents offensive signals
those are the varisty coaches except for the dc, who is making defense adjustments during offense. all varsity coaches coach both sides of the ball.
jv staff:
head jv - chart defense for dc jv assistant - in booth. stats jv assistant - in booth. chart opponents offense, looks for whatever keys dc asks him
freshman coaches:
head fresh. - in charge of ball boys assistant freshm - chart our offense from field assistant fresh - get back assistant fresh - get back
