I was just curious what schedules other coaches are using for their summer programs. Currently we're going from 4-6 Mon, Wed, Fri and we're doing 7 on 7's after our running/lifting on Wed.
Anybody do anything radically different that they like?

We are a co-op program, so we have three lifting sessions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Both schools have 6-8 am available for lifting but Unity also has 3-5 in the afternoon. Obviously, two sessions at Payson would be ideal, but we don't have the manpower for it. We are on the field from 5-7 pm Tuesday and Thursday.

We go in the evenings. 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Weights in our weight room on M,W, F and we do our speed and agility on T, TH at an off campus facility called VELOCITY.

8-11 AM Monday-Thursday

Tuesday wednesday thursday, 3-4 in weight room, 4-5:45 on the field. If a particular group needs extra work, we'll meet before the lift at 2pm. 7 on 7 once a week

M-TH 6:30-8:30 AM (Lift M, T, TH, Condition all days) The past 2 weeks we've had our camp 6-8 PM M-TH, we go to team camp tomorrow at a college.
Our 7 on 7s are in July- all (3 of them) are on Wed. evening.

4 days lift, condition 10-12 Wednesday 4 is team practice 7 on 7 1 gam a week sometimes 2 and practice 1 or 2 x's a week in afternoon

Lift M, T, TH, F varisty at 7am (on field from 8:30- 10 those same days), JV at 1pm, Frosh at 2:30, speed camp every T and F with passing league every Th evening in June.

Tues, Wed, Thur-9-11:30, lift, practice for an hour, then condition. 7 on 7 on different afternoons.

M-W-F Lift/SAQ group 1 7:30 - 8:45 am group 2 8:15-9:30
4 Oline mini-camps on Sunday nights in July 5 7 on 7 practices and 2 7 on 7 tourniments 3 day camp with college staff at our school in July

6:30-8:00 am or 8:30-10:00 am (Mon, TU, Th, Fri) Mon: Speed/Conditioning, Lift - Explosive, Legs and Back Tu: Lift - Upper Body Presses, Agilities/Conditioning Th: Plyo/Speed/Conditioning, Lift - Explosive, Legs and Back Fri: Lift - Upper Body Presses, Conditioning

8:30-10:30 A.M. or 4:30-6:30 P.M.-Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri lifting 7 on 7 Wednesday nights two 5 day camps one in June one in July 3 day camp at a local college in June
