What do you high school coaches do in the off-season with your players that aren't involved with wrestling or basketball? Do you all lift weights, condition and what specific drills do you do?? Thanks for any ideas in advance.

we can't work specific football drills until June 1st, but we lift weights 3 days per week and do plyo's and agilities 2 days per week with all the kids who are not out for other sports. We encourage all of our kids who are out for basketball to lift 2 days per week in-season and our wrestlers lift 2-3 days per week.
