Speed. Speed has worked wonders for our defense.

spending more time at repping the base offense plays and more time teaching defensive techniques, alignment and assignment seems to be paying off lol.

Sprint outs really helped us out with some bad oline guys.. allows us to zone reach and just get in the way instead of having to stay in front of guys that are much faster with better feet.. and more want to..
