Formerly the Entertainment and Sports Programming Network. However, they are now simply ESPN (doesn't stand for anything). Why this is, I haven't a clue.

Judging by who they cover all the time, I would say it stands for the Eastern Sports Propaganda Network.

I'm thinking more their love of the Yankees/Red Sox. I remember they broke into sportscenter one time to announc ethat Yankees resigned a reliever. Who cares?
