Sending my check (provided by the Football account) to become a FCPGA member. I just printed out volumes 1-9, tons of video clinic material. Incredible !!! Where do I start? Any suggestions would be helpful...

What position do you coach? What scheme do you run? Many of the older tapes have some guys who have moved up, like Marvin Lewis.

Check out the Cone System for the 4-4 by Bill Williams. Great stuff. Also any of the "Eyes" Clinics or teaching of the eyes. All Great Stuff

The Sanford Stuff is good, MArvin Lewis 50 Package is detailed and excellent. I also like the Gordie Shaw (Minnesota) OL/Zone Videos. If you like Option, the Wofford Option Series is as detailed as you can get. I would also try to get the LSU teaching Coaches Defensive Tape...excellent stuff with cut-ups.
This I did not like....4-4 Cone Vids.....One I got was all all of 10 min long...way to short to send on shipping both ways.

i would pick a specfic topic which interests you.
for example, I am a wr and qb guy. I stay focused on those things. when I get the wr adn qb tapes that I want then I pick another topic.
I think it is best for a whole staff to each get a sub. this way each coach can pick.
for example, I am the kick off coverage coach, another coach is the punt team coach. each coach is assigned a special team. you do the research and you install it.

Anyone EVER have any problems with this service? How would you grade the video service? How many can you recieve in a year? Who pays for the shipping?

Coaches,
Been a member for almost a year now. I love it! I receive all types of videos. Offense, defense, coaching and specials. There is so much to choose from. Bill is a wonderful and knowledgeable fella. To tell you the truth, I was hesitant in the beginning. You have to pay for the membership (not bad). However, when you receive the tapes, you must put a check in for $9 with the videos (S&H money for Bill on the next shipment) along with the amount you are going to pay for shipping the videos back. So for me, it costs $14 for 2 videos. Bill will often put a third video in sometimes if he feels it is just as good as the videos you requested.
Bills video's, IMO are the best. He will give at least 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs of info. Sometimes the video can get off tangent, but you are always learning new stuff.
Take it from me, CALL HIM. He is always open to phone calls and questions and will talk football until your cell phone runs out. Ask him about some video's. Yes, there are some that are very short and not worth it. But others are very good.
I like to dupe em the nite I receive them and send them out the next day. I usually get a package every 5-7 business days (6-8 vids/ month).
Hope this helps

How does he deal with tape sets?
Does he count each tape in a set as 1 tape off the 15-20 tapes you requested or is 1 set of tapes consider as 1 tape?
I asking because, I've been looking at some of the Run and Shoot tapes that he has, for example, the VINCENT WHITE - SMU 3 tape set.
Would he send me the first two tapes first and then the third tape? Or would he send me all three tapes at once?
Thanks in advance.

the first 2 tapes. Then on the next trade the 3rd. It's slow, but worth it.
