I am pleased to announce that the Beineke Semi Pro Football Conditioning Program is officially slated to begin on 12/12/05. The program will meet weekly at Acton Indoor Sports (http://www.actonindoorsports.com/), in Acton Massachusetts, on Monday's at 7pm. There will be a total of 8 sessions through this winter. This program is open to any semi pro football player from any team or league as well as any college senior considering playing semi pro ball next season. The Acton, MA location is very central to many areas of New England and conveniently located off Rt.2, Adjacent to Rt.495 and Rt.95/128.
Beineke Semi Pro Football Conditioning program has partnered with Catz Sports to design a dynamic conditioning program to build functional football speed, agility, and explosiveness. If you are serious about raising the quality of your game and excelling next season on the football field, there is no better option out there for the semi pro football athlete.
Catz Sports General Manager and performance specialist, David Jack, will be dedicating his full attention to this program each session along with some of his staff. David has extensive experience training football players from the NFL, Arena League, and on the High School and collegiate levels. See www.actonindoorsports.com/catz.cfm to read more about Catz Sports, David Jack, and his staff.
Beineke Semi Pro Football Conditioning program will also utilize the services of a number of football coaches who will work in tandem with the strength and conditioning staff to maximize your conditioning results. The football coaching staff is still being formed, but we are talking to coaches ranging from the semi pro level to college division I coordinators. I will make announcements as these negotiations finalize.
Fees:
We have worked long and hard to make the cost of this training program as low as possible so it can be accessible to all semi pro players.
Early Registration: If you register on or before 12/9/05 the cost for all 8 sessions is $80. Keep in mind that fee, $10 per session, is less than it costs for a day pass to a commercial gym with no coaching included.
First Session Registration: If you register on the first day (Monday 12/12/05) when you come to Acton Indoor Sports the cost is $100 for 8 sessions.
Late Registration: If you jump in later in the program the cost is $15 per session.
Other Details:
Surface: The surface is a field turf artificial surface (fake long grass). Cleats, turf cleats, or even regular cross trainers are appropriate footwear.
Lockerooms/Showers: There is a small lockeroom and shower area that Beineke Semi Pro Football Conditioning Program athletes can use. It is not quite large enough for the whole group to use, but will serve our purposes.
Liability Injury Waiver: All athletes will be required to sign an injury/liability waiver before participating in the conditioning program.
Contact and Registration:
