III. Knowledge of the Game and Rules.

Tog is right is does not hurt to know someone. How are these traits displayed? As an assistant, teacher or member of the community these should never be questioned in your daily actions. I for one would rather these traits be displayed in actions not words.

the people hiring must know that you have leadership by having experienced it, or by hearing from people they trust that have experienced it
