that you as a coach or as a player have been part of (either on the winning or losing side)?
In 2001, the school I coached at beat a conference opponent 68-0 - setting a school record for single game points scored.

When I was a senior in high-school we were a 4-A school, and we beat a 5-A school (5-A is the biggest class here) 56-3 first game of the year. Starters only played the first half & 1 series in the 3rd Quarter.

I coached at a JC in CA and we averaged over 700 yds/game in total O. We exploded on just about everybody. We ended up ranked in the top 10 nationally.

My 2nd season at my current school we only played 2 games during the regular season that the starters played in the 3rd and 4th quarter. We had scored 35 or more points before halftime in 6 of our 8 regular season games.

Playing in college we won a game something like 83-13, 86-21, something like that.
As a coach I've been a part of 70-14, 69-0 on the winning end.

In 2002, we scored 74 points and racked up almost 600 yards of offense in a game against Aquin Central Catholic High School. Our QB threw for over 400 yards and 4 TDs in the game.
But we lost! The other team scored 78 points!
I believe the 74 points we scored is a national record for most points scored in a high school football game by the losing team.
I also believe that the 152 combined points is a record for scoring when both teams score.

63-0 at half time. every thing went right for us, every thing went wrong for them. 49 points off 2 blocked punts for tds and 2 int returns for td, 1 kor for tds, a fumble return for a td and a punt return for a td.
finally the offense scored 2 tds. oddest game I have ever been in.

In 2000 our team racked up 84 points in an 84-21 victory. The game was a 1st round playoff game. At the end of the 1st quarter is was "only" 14-0.
In 1998 a team in our section won a section championship game 77-22.

Back at one of my previous stops as an assistant we were up 60-0 at halftime of a playoff game. We dropped 42 on them in the first quarter. Our starters played until it was 28-00 then they got pulled. The backups did the rest of the damage. When halftime was over the other team had still not come out of the lockerroom yet and we were wondering if they were showering already. They came out and I think we got another score before running dives the rest of the game. I think it ended up 68-7.
On the flip side my 2nd season as a HC we gave up 42 points in the 2nd quarter to a good team. Yes that is not a type-o 6 TDs. It went like this: 1. Interception return for a TD 2. Punt return for a TD (punt bounced off the helmet of the man next to him and the other guy snagged it out of the air) 3. Another INT return for a TD 4. Blocked punt scooped up and run in for a TD 5. Long TD run 6. Long TD pass
Final score ended up 61-35.
Wildcat's experience in the Aquin game is hard to top. Wildcat---you should post the box score for that game.

Wildcat, that is amazing, I second the motion to see a box score and just look at it. Wow!
Well, I should include my "losing side story" Two seasons ago, home coming for us, we get down 14-0 in the first 1:28 due to a kick return to start the game, followed by a quick 3 and out by us with a shanked punt. They hit a 40 yard TD pass on the first play. That was the story line for the game, hlaftime we were down 56-0, end up losing 63 -8 as our starters managed a late TD vs. their JV. I guess it should help that this team we played finished as a state quarter finalist, but then again it doesn't matter-we got our butts kicked.

In high school, last game of the season my SR. year ..we played our crosstown rivals, Beat them 73-14. Our RB had 700 All-Purpose yards that game, and 5 TDs. As a coach, I probably would have stopped scoring at about the 55ish mark, however, as a player, I have to admit that it was quite fun to embarrass your rival.

Last Year we won a game 66 - 0. The other team was horrible. They allowed over 50 points a game for the season and did not score one touchdown on the year.
It was 40 - 0 at half. Our FB had 3 carries for 21 yards and 2 TD's and we pulled him. Our JV played the second half and manged to score 26 more on them.
3 years ago we beat a team 53 - 12 during the regular season and then we beat them 53 - 6 in the first round of the playoffs. In the playoff game we were up 31 - 0 after the first quarter
I have also seen a 96 - 0 beating. Starters were pulled midway through the second, second string was gone after two possessions in the third. Third string scored twice I believe

Two seasons ago we won 65-0 agaisnt the worst team in our district. We were up 21-0 before they had even run an offensive play - we marched down field on the opening drive for 6, they fumbled the kickoff, we recovered and scored on the next play, they fumbled on the kickoff AGAIN and we scored 3 plays later. Ended up scoring 35 in the first quarter.
We took advantage of all 6 turnovers that night and 3 sophomores, seeing their first varsity action, got picks - two went for touchdowns.

have been a part of some "wacky" games where you would think, by hearing some of the "stats" that we should have easily one....
1) rack up over 650 yds of offense... they got 185 ----- LOSE by 2
2) double an opponent's yardage. committ no turnovers. do not give up an offensive touchdown to them. ----- LOSE by 1
3) score 40 points in the second half ---- lose by 2
have coached in some shootouts as well...
1) 58-35 ------ WON
2) 55-39 ----- LOST
3) 45-43 ----- LOST
4) 49-28 ---- WON

We once won a game 63-0 in the last game of the season my junior year. Not to shabby for a team that ran the I and liked to pound the ball up the gut. The sad part of the game was that team went to the playoffs and we stayed home at 5-4.

We once played a game where we were leading 31-0 with 8:30 or so in the 1st Quarter! The opposing coach asked for running clock or a forfeit. We went running clock and put in the JV and won 52-0. Our coach was very classy and didn't run up the score, but we were really good those two years (runner-up 2x)
Biggest wins - my Senior Year (these were in 4 straight weeks) 52-0 , 53-6, 62-7, 66-7 Junior Year 69-0, 66-0, there were a couple other big ones in their somewhere.

When I was at Coffeyville JC we beat Fort Scott JC 72-3. Longest game I ever played in. We'd score, KO and they'd fumble.

Kinda what I thought.
in 2003 we were 10-1, scored 450+ and had 8 shutouts, lost to the state runnerup in 2002 we were 10-1, scored 400+ and had 6 shutouts, lost to the state champ
LOL
DW doesn't work and neither does the 52 Eagle defense.

at jr high we beat some teams pretty bad..52-20, 52-0, 46-8....one game we had 471 yards rushing in 28 minutes. Most of our games are under 30 minutes when the mercy rule hits midway thru the second quarter. Not much time to get kids in. Its sick...its like, run two plays score, 3 and out, run 2 plays score, 3 and out...run back punt...whatever. not fun.
