We are looking for a good theme or quote to put on the back of team t-shirts this year.
These are some that we have used in the past:
GATA (get after that a#%)
Just Play
Finish
Make Plays Not Excuses
We Bust Ours So We Can Kick Yours
T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More)
This year our major issue is to get players to play together. It's a remember the titans type situation.

Two years ago we simply put the word UNITY on the back of our shirts with the words - "Its about the man next to you." underneath. Worked pretty well.

We used H.I.T also except ours was (Hard Intelligent Together)

Our offensive line coach taught us to be proud to be part of the "forgotten five". We learned to be like a brotherhood with the motto, "I.S.U.F., It starts up front", something I've passed on to my young players. I know that it doesnt go with the entire team theme but I thought I'd throw it out there.

This isn't a full team thing, but I saw the Memphis line had shirts reading "Memphis Breakfast Club: Making Panckakes All Day Long".

If you can incorporate your teams' mascot in the logo or motto, it would be even better.
