How do you guys go about researching possible new jobs?

You can get a lot of information from a school's website. Most of the time you, or someone you know, knows someone that is either in that school's district or plays them, and they can give you some ideas. Always find out how they did in the lower levels. If they are covered by a paper that posts online you can find a bunch of information there. If you go to the town for an interview or are close enough to drive to, find kids at the gas station, fast food restaurants or stores and ask them about the school and get the scoop that way. Find out how the administration treats athletics and what they expect.
