aiming point of the FB, or the read keys and therefore the pitch keys. ISV: read key is the first man B gap out. OSV: Read key is the C gap player

As stated ISV hits in the B gap and OSV hits in the C gap. OSV you run to a TE side and read the defender who generally takes the QB for dive/keep. ISV is very good to the open side especially when you can pair it with midline or lead option to the TE side.
