What's your most successful 2-point play (run or pass) ?

Pass out of trips. #1 & 2 run quick slants and #3 runs an arrow to the sideline. If they start stopping the arrow have him break it back under.

Power I Iso Pass Fake Iso, power back into flat, FB Trailing behind 5 yards deep, TE back line. Had A TB that would "leap" over the line, really sell the fake and the PB was almost always wide open. Power I was only a short yardage formation for us and didn't run this very often but was extremely effective

I have to agree with the double slant and arrow to sideline. We ran it out of every possible formation. Power-I with TB motion and slant; 2-back wing set to TE. Best complementary play is Twins to right, HB to flat, TE (has been running hook-right in front of goal-post) now runs in and back out to far corner-sprint right-throwback to TE. No BIG secret - it is on most of our films. Still hard to defend. Sprint out QB really puts pressure on perimeter to make right decision.

Best 2-point run:
3 TE, with the 3rd in a "sniffer" alignment directly behind the playside OT. Run "Belly" (double dive) to the second back with the sniffer acting as a lead blocker. On these types of plays, with a great fake to the first back, the defense can't help but focus on the dive by the first back. Even though this is our most commonly run play, we've had the 2nd back walk in untouched on some occasions.
Best 2-point pass play:
As simple as it may sound, we come out in the same alignment (3 TE with one in the playside sniffer) and fake either iso or belly "double dive" to that side. The 2 TE's on the line of scrimmage stay in, the sniffer fakes a block for a long 001 count, then angles into the flats across the goal line. Because the 2 TE's stay in, the backs have no blocking responsibilities per se, and they sell out like madmen on the playaction fake. The QB makes a great fake, then rolls in that direction, using a run / pass threat. Usually the sniffer is all by himself for an easy TD. The combination of the ability to make an all-out fake in the backfield and / or the delay by the sniffer really make this play work.

Best Run- We like to come out in unbalanced and run OV/Speed option check w/me. The QB reads the DE. If the DE is in a 7 we down block with the TE and Wing seals on LB. The FBI has F'S , SE blocks the Corner, and we pitch off of the OLB/SS. If the DE is in a 9 then we just run OV. The Wing back works LB to F'S, SE blocks corner, we pitch off of OLB/SS.
Best Pass Play- Waggle (we must get proper spacing for this to work)

I ditto the Double Slant with the Arrow route.
Best run is probably speed option weak out of a goaline set. Just have a TB who can outrun the MLB to the pylon

I like to spread the field on the goal line in a trips set and take what I can get.
1. Zone Dives 2.Quick Screens 3. Speed Option

Pro I TE Dump Pro I Sprintout with a throwback to the TE on a Delayed Drag. Have also had quite a bit of success with 5 Wide QB draw (even though it seems cliche) I don't mind having a passing tendency on 2 pt conversions it makes it easier to run Iso and our other base runs for 2 as well.

the slant/slant/arrow is my first choice, but since its taken i'll pick another good one.
ball on left hash, tight bunch right, toss sweep right to the one back. run like hell for the pylon and cut it under the pursuit if you have to. if my tail back can't get 3 yards to the wide side he's fired!

coach's nightmare. don't know if it's the best, but it's certainly unique.

Best Run: Waggle Keeper to the weakside of an unbalanced line if they over adjust to the strong side.
Best Pass: Power Pass throwback. From a wing right (I) formation fake full flow run action to the right. The BSTE will start like he is going to run a drag for 2-3 steps then break to the back pylon. The QB after faking the handoff will start to roll out then stop and throw back to the opposite pylon where the TE is running to. It is a 1-man pass play. The wing and the PSTE are blocking. You can fit this play to almost any formation.
