cleaned up bottom of page

I have cleaned up the bottom of every page in an effort to make the board load faster, especially for those users that have dial-up access.

There is a "Links" section under the Trading Post category for viewing from the Home page. It is not a forum for posts. I will continue to add links as other sites link to us.

I hope this helps everyone navigate through this site.
