Guys,
Can any of you help me with some sample interview questions.
I need questions that the committee might ask me, as well as questions that I need to ask them.
Please help.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks,
Big T

Thanks, tog.
I've seen those before. I'm looking for some more ideas, and interview tips.
Thanks for your help.

I interviewed for a head job in South Dakota last year, one thing I learned is too know for sure what YOU are looking for. The job offer came easy, the interview felt like I was interviewing them (with the exception of the booster club president), I traveled almost 900 miles and spent over 1,000 dollars to realize that everything that glitters is not gold. I wish I had seen the Campbell article before I accepted the interview for that job. In the end, inconsistencies from what the Supt, and A.D. told me, comments made by the booster club pres. (someone mentioned this before, if they are in the interview, get up and thank them for the time but withdraw your name.) a serious pay cut, a heavy teaching load, and looking at what you have currently, compared to the unknown were enough to keep me from taking the job. All head jobs are not right for everyone. Next time I will be more careful about my search and not jump because the title included HEAD COACH.
