Basically I based but keep formation/motionpackage flexible enough to run spread looks from gun or under..Use a lot of motion/formation to create different looks while staying with the framework of 4-5 run schemes up front [Im a firm beleiver in making life easy for the guys in the trenches]If under then TB is at I depth and so forth..Our shotgun run game is the same as under. Not as fancy as it may sound

Tog-
we run outside zone but the inside game is usually in the form of a power scheme..block down and kick with fb or a pulling lineman..we run 3 different looks of a power play that are exactly the same for the OL but look different to the eye..regular power w or without G and the FB
Y which the FB leads on the lb and backside guard pulls and kicks [shotgun power is what this is] and YF whhich is the old Joe Gibbs counter trey except with the FB being the 2nd puller from the backside
The thing i like is this compliments into the shotgun game like zone..we will run 46 Y out of gun [can be ran under too] but then we can fake 46 and run 25 Y which would be faking the TB and having the QB run off tackle as well

I like your mixes of counters. When we ran counter 20+ times a game, we used some mixups like that to help, especially when our big fat ot's couldn't get where they needed to get
