Your team lost in the playoffs. You had a bunch of kids that were seniors and were on the varsity 2-3 years in your program.
Coaches, what would be some of the things that you would tell your kids?

The same things I have been telling them for four years.
Work hard
Love what you do
Always do your best
Respond when things go wrong

All of those things and graduate from as many places as you can(HS, college, tech school, etc). We take the best 6-10 seniors(attitude wise and hard work, not athletes) and have them help the coaches at the junior high
