How many HFC's out there call both their o and d? Why do you do it? and do you feel that it takes away from your ability to make adjustments to one or the other?

I did it for years in 8-13 leagues but only cause i was the only coach we had! (Not much help in rec. football) Don't think I'd want to try it at the high school level cause you're trying to match wits with too many guys on the opposition! If 2 heads are better than 1, just think how much better 5or6 heads would be. Thats also 10 or 12 eyes seeing different thing going on vs. your two. I've always thought that( especially in football) there's two games going on-players vs. players and coaches vs. coaches. I always want to know and understand what the opposing coach thinks as well as who his key players are! Right now I'm just a part time asst. and have some input to the overall game plan but come game time the boss has the final word. It would be nice if you could find a couple guys you could trust to run the play by play offense and defense during the games(according to your overall game plan of course) that would allow you time to see things and make adjustments as the game progressed. Just my humble opinion!
