I agree, this is the hardest part. For me I have to finish out the year here (this was my first HC job and I have worked here for 2 years) and will begin my new job full time in May when this one ends, but when I found out that I got another HC gig, and had to tell my kids they were hurt, some cried and it was hard because I had grown attached to several of them but they understood that this is what is best for me. A lot of them tell me they'll miss me next year, on a daily basis and it rips at my heart every time, but like my wife says, "there will always be kids you don't want to leave." Good luck coach.
