With the kids being off almost 2 weeks between break and Easter do you reward them with time off or do you keep on with workouts and agility. Will they loose the gains they have made. Been working out since late Nov. Just wondering what you guys do.

We'll give them time off. The coaches could use the time, too.

The schools I've been at have only taken a week off, so we gave the players time off. I don't like the idea of them having two weeks off, but I would imagine many families have planned trips and whatnot so I would consider making workouts voluntary one of the two weeks. Just a thought.

Remind them to remain active over the week. Give them Pushups and other things to do.
