those of you that have seen calande's resume packet know that it is awesome. lots of good information. what do you think is important to include on a resume for someone going after varsity assistant positions?

be precise.......no need to spell out everything
bring out the successes
bring out your skills, especially those needed by an assistant coach. plus, if you can do anything with a computer let 'em know

assistant hirings probably result as much from passion and desire as anything else...id emphasize availability and loyalty, dedication and love for the game.
