Coaches I really want to hold my kids accountable in a lot of ways this off-season. More importantly I want the to feel accountable to each and to hold each other accountable I am currently trying to find information on how coaches do this. I am talking about dividing them up into teams and having academics, attendance, fundraising, weight room, etc included in a point system. Anyone have examples of how to do this? My concern as HC is that I dont want to get bogged with this process of trying to track points, etc. Thanks in advance

Ship: Read AFM article in this monthes magazine about how KENT STATE creates leaders through year round competition. There are also some people on this board that have similar programs!
