How does everybody's work? At my school you must maintain a 2.0 average and we check grades every 3 weeks. Some schools in our area check twice per 9 week semester, other check every 2 weeks. At some schools you just can't have any F's. We are a small rural school, and I have found that this is a big deal for us, we just lost 2 starters this Friday, it sucks, does anyone else have this problem?

Oc- We would (as a team) run checks every other game. The League would check four weeks into the semester. We were required to maintain a 2.0 How's this for Irony? My team that went 8-0 2.17 GPA average (30 kids) My team that went 0-9 3.4 GPA average (21 kids).

Our district policy requires that grades be checked every week. A player is ineligible if they have more than one F. Our school policy also requires that students attend a mandatory study hall if they have one F. I like having their grades checked every week because it forces the players and coaches to stay on top of grades. We rarely have a player (especially starters) ineligible.

we just got told that even though the hurricane has cancelled 3 days of school that the six weeks goes as scheduled. so our first six weeks ends wednesday, the day we return from the hurricane. i know there's a lot of teachers that don't have enough test grades. i plan on being lenient, i hope the regular ed teachers do the same.
