working hard on getting our men to be a team. what are some things that you guys have done to really get your players to become a team. we are about to be on break so on our last three days I had the team watch the movie white squall, It is a great movie about people coming together to accomplish something.

One fun activity we do with the team is to take them to a local paintball course.

One that has been good for us, and yes we probably got the idea from "The Junction Boys", is to hold our own summer camp at a rented campground out in the middle of nowhere in the OK panhandle. We practice 2-3 sessions every day, do activities like paintball, swimming, poker tournaments, etc... in our spare time, and more or lesslive together as a team with no outside influences or interference for a week.
