Do some of you practice punt everyday and focus on some other specialty later on in practice or during the week?

We do all special teams on Monday and Friday (we play Saturdays). Tuesday we were on our kicking teams, on Wednesday we work on our return and block teams. On Thursday we do all situational stuff (taking a safety, hands, onside, etc.)

We spend between 20 or 30 minutes a day on specialties.
However, the best drill we do is for our punt team. Anytime in during practice including warm-ups, water breaks, and even team the specialty coach will call for the punt team. When the whistle blows the punt team has 25 seconds to line-up, get the punt off, and go cover. After that they go back doing whatever they were doing. It takes 1 minute and he only does this once or twice a practice. He also tells one maybe two back-ups a practice that the "starter" is hurt and now "johnny" needs to be ready to replace him when the whistle is blown.
Don't know where he got the drill from but it is great. We have not had issues with the punt team since he started doing that drill.

Punt and Kick Off can lose games for you so I spend more time on them. But specials are built into every practice. 20% of the plays on game day are special teams plays so 20% of my practice is special teams.

We spend 15 minutes in pre-practice every day with SPECIALISTS only (so we're not running full-squad simulations). This means kickers, punters, long snappers, return specialists, etc. are all getting 15 minutes of individual work every day.
We do not practice any special teams full-squad simulations on Monday. We will work PAT / Field goal on air.
On Tuesday, we block 15 minutes for punt and punt return full-squad simulation.
On Wednesday, we block 15 minutes for kickoff and kickoff return full squad simulation.
On Thursday we run all special teams (full squad) for about 1 hour, including PAT, backed-up punt, hands team, etc.
On Friday we play.
So, we spend on average about 30 minutes every day on special teams.

If the game is on Friday. (Kickers, snappers, holders, deep backs) work out Sat, after a team run and then they lift. Extra point and field goal on Monday. Start practice with punt return and finish with punt for conditioning on Tuesday. Wednesday start with kickoff return and finish with kickoff for conditioning. Thursday we cover everything. We will have (surprise special teams checks) for a lack of a better word, at least 2 or 3 times a wk.

we do 10-15 minutes right at the beginning of practice(we cut everything down towards the end of the season) and then 2 ten minute periods and one 5 minute period for team right afterwards. Usually Punt/KOR and PAT one Tues and KO/Punt block/return and Pat block on Wed. Thursday is every special team.
