for all of seasoned coaches out there, what do you do stay relaxed for the playoffs and keep you players relaxed and focued?

Change nothing. Keep the same practice schedule. Keep the same game-day schedule. Players and coaches are creatures of habit so don't take anyone out of their comfort zone.

I agree with Phantom, keep the same routine. When we won a state title in 1988 we did everything the same as we did in week one. The kids believed that what we were doing was successful (we did lose 2 games) and that us coaches believed in the team and what they could do. Try to keep any and all hype by the media or the home town fans to a bare minimum. It is difficult to eliminate it totally.

I'll second what midlineqb and phantom said... I might add that with the added hype (media distractions, "buzz" around school/community, etc.) that you help the players to savor and really enjoy these times and have fun playing the games and let that also be part of their focus.
The extra peripheral "stuff" can be an obstacle or a springboard. I agree... minimize it where you can, but where you can not, do what you can to make everything that goes in to the playoff experience a positive.

Allow a little more time than usual to do your regular work. There will be more phone calls, more interviews, etc. So things tend to bog down a bit.
