As with everything else I think this is "leaking down" from the NFL... I know many NFL teams start their workouts this month and they begin to do their off-season lifting and running... Teams now also do Stuff where they focus on certain aspects of the game... Pass game (QB / WR)... OL (Blocking, drills)..
Not sure of the laws for the states (Some states you can work around them) are there any teams getting prepared to do this type of stuff in the upcoming months?

I Western New York it's considered to be illegal but they leave it to each schools AD to enforce. To this point most AD that I know don't police it and some even encourage coaches to bend some of these rules. Recently some of the local news people have caught some teams cheating(almost a dozen) so this might force changes in the rules or the enforcement of the rules.

A very good program here in KY has a QB school. Classroom and throwing though no recs. The odd things is the team does not do spring football I am told but they do 7 on 7

The best way to make your kids better is one day camps. You bring in a great staff of coaches and they work with your kids on fundementals...fundementals and more fundementals. I operate such a camp for olinemen and def linemen called HAWG TUFF! It is an excellent camp for a very low cost. I fiqure we get about six weeks of individual work in the one day. You can go to my website www.hawgtuff.net and look at the camp schedule and station descriptions and some really great line information...... We have over 40 camps setup right now and 9 linemen challenges in 7 states and it the goal of HAWG TUFF! to have a camp in every state. If you are interested in hosting a camp or getting your kids to a camp....go to the website and see where the camps already are and if there is not one near you. Email me at bosshawgtuff@yahoo.com and we can maybe set one up for you. This is a great and inexpensive way to help your kids!

Big M: Here's what we do. we have what we call "camps" We go to the Rec department and tell them we want to have a "camp". now this "camp is open to anyone living in our county and anyone can attend. It is very poorly advertised so only kids from our school "sign up". Once "camp" begins we break up like a regular practice..do fundemantals, install, what ever we want..of course we aren't allowed to use pads but we get tons of stuff done. pm me if you want more specifics.. Our kids also attend a "Pit Camp" with a bunch of other schools... just for lineman during the first week of the summer
