I've met Coach Lynch on a few occasions and always thought highly of him. His teams were always well prepared and played hard. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and players.

Coach Lynch was a class guy all the way. His kids were disciplined and he is an icon at his school. I had the pleasure of coaching against him (he crushed us) and he will be missed in the Maryland football community.
All of us on this board get caught up in the X's & O's and winning games. This type of thing forces you to realize that it is the relationships you build and the young people you work with that are really important.

I echo the sentiments expressed above. Coach Lynch will be missed the the community a great deal. He has molded a many young men and has helped that community out in great ways. I too had the pleasure of coaching against him, and he was a great coach, and an even greater man. He will surely be missed.
