If you were going to make a reading list for players what books would you include? Below is my partial list.

OFF SEASON READING LIST

DURING THE OFF SEASON YOU CAN EARN UP TO 20 POINTS BY READING ANY TWO OF THE BOOKS LISTED BELOW (EACH BOOK IS WORTH 10 POINTS). YOU ARE REQUIRED TO READ AT LEAST ONE BOOK FROM THE LIST BELOW. ALL BOOKS BELOW ARE ALSO AR BOOKS (OR SOON WILL BE).

In essence, it is about teammates, teamwork, and of course, not quitting. As in most books, it is far better than the movie.

I think you could use it for a high school football team, I have used parts of it for my junior high kids, and they understood what I was trying to get across.
